If you received your bat and it is not what you ordered we would first like to apologize for any issues caused. Bats that come with cosmetic issues, shipping damage, or errors regarding your specific order are all eligible to be returned and replaced. Claims must be made within a week of receiving your order, please email us with your claim for review as soon as possible. Bats that have been used, damaged by the user, or show signs of use or misuse are no longer eligible for a return or refund. The Granite Bat Company reserves the right to refuse any return claim at any time.
